Тренеры рассказали о сложностях в доступе к спортивным объектам Алматы

В Алматы зимние виды спорта пользуются большой популярностью, однако существует ряд проблем, с которыми регулярно сталкиваются тренеры и спортсмены. По словам специалистов, в городе уже давно назрел вопрос о необходимости улучшения инфраструктуры. Ведь, несмотря на наличие спортивных объектов, у алматинцев возникают проблемы с недостаточным количеством тренировочного времени и отсутствием современных условий для профессионального занятия спортом, сообщает.

Журналист Азамат Достияров отметил, что ему стали известны проблемы заслуженных тренеров, которые непосредственно сталкиваются с трудностями в работе. Они заявляют, что директор Дирекции спортивных сооружений Алмааты Елена Те не желает идти на диалог и слышать о существующих проблемах, не реагирует на нужды горожан.

«Я бы попросила нашего руководителя Елену Те, чтобы встретилась с представителями Федерации города,  со старшими тренерами города, чтобы услышать их проблемы и решить конкретно эти проблемы в каждом виде спорта. А если с человеком невозможно попасть на прием, что можно говорить», — сказала генсек Федерации конькобежного спорта Алматы Алла Лаврова.

«К сожалению, есть такая проблема, что не все дети могут принимать участие в тренировочном процессе и те дети, которые со второй смены учатся, они, к сожалению, на тренировки не попадают, приходится проводить здесь тренировки на сухой — бегать, прыгать. Но, как вы понимаете, чтобы научиться кататься на коньках, нужно будет кататься на коньках, нужно охватывать всех детей, и тех, которые учатся с первой смены, и тех, которые учатся со второй смены», — сказал старший тренер сборной Алматы среди кадетов по шорт-треку Алексей Фадеев.

«Дирекция спортивных сооружений практически не играет никакой роли в развитии и реформах зимних вида спорта в Алматы, это дело государственное, не какое-то личное, и мы как тренера тоже решаем какие-то государственные проблемы, надо просто честно, хорошо делать свое дело», — продолжила Алла Лаврова.

«Руководством детско-юношеской школы с прошлого года, с сентября месяца неоднократно были письма направлены в ДСС к руководству, но к сожалению, этот вопрос пока на данный момент еще не решился, и не знаю, решится он или нет, так как всё стоит пока на месте», — констатировал Фадеев.

«У нас тренировки начинаются в 7 утра, а я стою в 5:00 утра, чтобы в 6 утра быть на базе, чтобы дети размялись и в 7:15 выйти на лёд, это достаточно тяжёлая нагрузка для детей и для взрослых тоже», — сообщила Лаврова.

Спикеры напомнили, что в советское время развитие конькобежного спорта в Казахстане началось с приезда Совета министров Казахстана, когда правительство показало заинтересованность в развитии спорта и лицо Казахстана было узнаваемым во всем мире. В нынешней ситуации тренеры надеются, что аким Алматы Ерболат Досаев разберется в ситуации и повлияет на Дирекцию спортивных сооружений.

Алёна Лифатова, Алина Дауранова и Арина Ильященко стали победителями командного спринта на юниорском этапе среди нео-сеньоров, тем самым принесши стране вторую золотую медаль за день. Серебро и бронзу завоевали спортсменки из Италии и Норвегии. Напомню, первое «золото» в копилку команды принесла Алина Дауранова, которая финишировала первой на дистанции 1000 метров.

Headed over Lions Bridge and made our way to the Sofia Synagogue, then sheltered in the Central Market Hall until the recurrent (but short-lived) mid-afternoon rain passed.

Feeling refreshed after an espresso, we walked a short distance to the small but welcoming Banya Bashi Mosque, then descended into the ancient Serdica complex.

We were exhausted after a long day of travel, so we headed back to the hotel and crashed.

I had low expectations about Sofia as a city, but after the walking tour I absolutely loved the place. This was an easy city to navigate, and it was a beautiful city – despite its ugly, staunch and stolid communist-built surrounds. Sofia has a very average facade as you enter the city, but once you lose yourself in the old town area, everything changes.

Clothes can transform your mood and confidence. Fashion moves so quickly that, unless you have a strong point of view, you can lose integrity. I like to be real. I don’t like things to be staged or fussy. I think I’d go mad if I didn’t have a place to escape to. You have to stay true to your heritage, that’s what your brand is about.
